1. There be 句型是英語中常用句型， 意思是"有"，表示"人或事物的存在"或"某地有某物"。There在此結構中是引導詞，已經(jīng)沒有副詞"那里"的含義，表示某個地方存在某物或某人，可以翻譯成有的意思，Be動詞的單復數(shù)必須依主語的變化而變化。（最靠近be動詞的名詞如果是單數(shù)或不可數(shù)名詞，be動詞用is；最靠近be動詞的名詞如果是可數(shù)名詞復數(shù)，be動詞用are）例如：There is an apple and some oranges on the table.

3. 在表示結構上的含有時，也可以用there be句型。

例如：I expect there to be no argument about this.
